Adoption and Guardian Application

Thanks for your interest in joining our BML family by adopting one of our fur-ever doods or becoming a guardian family for our breeding program.

The most important reason for this application is for us at BML to find the best possible loving home and quality of life for our pups. This application does not lock you into purchasing a dog from us until we have a chance to chat. This is our opportunity to get to know a little about you and what kind of pup you are looking for as we go over your application. We will contact you within 24 hours of your submission for a phone interview and to answer any questions you might have before requiring a deposit.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot on our waiting list. The order of our waiting list will be determined by the date in which we receive hold deposits. We will notify you as soon as your deposit is received and inform you of your order on your selected litter waiting list. Hold deposits may be transferred to another litter if your first litter choice is unavailable.
